Wedding Photography by Caroline and Evan
In our household, being a nerd is a way of life and I like to think that in that sense, I truly am the head of our household. I am, above all else, a geek. I can take as much Star Wars as you can throw at me and I cant get enough of the newest piece of tech that wonderful UPS man brings to our office. I think there was a time when Caroline was simply an enthusiast about many things, but over time I have turned her into a comic book movie loving nerd like myself, just as she has turned me into a parrot head/beach bum/tree hugger.
I think the best way to describe me would be as passionate. I love my family and I am excited about everything that I get to do every day whether it be spending time with a couple on the happiest day of their lives or just watching Netflix instant queue with the wife and dogs. I am a photographer, a film maker, a husband, a movie goer and a gamer (we're talking PS3, not Xbox), but most of all I'm an artist.
My whole life before weddings came around was spent in the film industry, working for various companies in Tampa Bay and spending a lot of time on local film sets. When Caroline and I started dating, we were attending the Dreyfoos High School of the Arts where I majored in film and she majored in (guess what) photography. There, I found both of my true loves in my future wife and the creative arts. I still work in film from time to time, but I've found that my passion is wedding photography. The opportunity to dabble in what I love while getting to do what my heart tells me I was meant to do for a living is very gratifying.
